Hello Everyone!

My wife is currently waiting for her AOS interview. Her daughter is currently 19, and she's back home (Russia). At first, she decided to stay in Russia, but now she wants to move over to the USA. Any pointers on what to do and petition her? or do we have to wait until my wife gets approved and receives her green card?

A bit of a guess as you have no time line etc but a K2 Follow to Join?

She has a year under follow to join.

I read the I need to fill I-130 for her. Do I also have to fill the Affidavit of Support as well?

and, Does my wife have to wait until her AOS is approved to start the process for her daughter?
