I-134 Form

Does anyone know where I can find or can send me a friendly version of the I-134 form (Affidavit of Support) for me to type the answers in. I tried the one on the USCIS website but, for some reason, it will not let me type my employment information in. Otherwise, is it acceptable if I hand write it?

Anything that cannot be typed can be hand written in black ink.

The scripts in the form can be unreliable if you look at it in anything other than Acrobat Reader.

 

If you're sure the form isn't letting you put in correct information, make sure any other questions related to that question have been answered correctly. Only print things out and write things by hand after that.

OH! And the form on the USCIS website says it expired 11/30/18. Can I still use it?

The "expiration date" on USCIS forms is for internal government purposes. Until they produce a new version of the form, you can use the old one.

I think you should open the file with Adobe Reader to type and save it. Hope you already solved this.
