4 wks past. No Oath Letter. Should I contact USCIS

Hi - it’s been 4 wks already I haven't received Oath Ceremony letter. I know at the interview they said 4 - 6 wks. 

 

Should wait full 6 wks before just contact USCIS and ask them why so delay or when to expect?

 

Has anyone had delay in Oath ceremony longer than 6 weeks?

Don't contact the USCIS , just wait and it will come. its matter of time. mine came after 7 weeks. I didn't contacted them.

My status still says, your intrerview was scheduled on October 31 which I attended on December 11

I don’t think so. I know they will tell you to continue to wait. Since they do say USCIS has 120 days. But contacting them wouldnt hurt. If you get different results. I may contact them too

I was interviewed on Dec 12 and today my Oath is scheduled. Idk the exact date and time yet, I am pretty sure it’s gonna be approximately a month from today.

hope you hear some good news soon.
