Can someone please tell me if a RFE of I 360 will delay my Ead C09 timeline and if the timeline starts from receipt date or after biometrics? Thanks and a great day to everybody.

That happened to me and it didn't delay, I had the same doubt than you. I received my EAD even before I answer my RFE.

You will need to prove that you were abused. You should attend 5/7 therapy sessions and have a psychological evaluation done and if you have a diagnose of depression and/or PTSD then you might prove abuse, and you have to prove that entered into the marriage in good faith as well.

Many many thanks for that info.Iam so grateful coz I have been stuck for long not sure of where to start. Please do you know of any affordable therapists around San Francisco California?

Look for Social Services Organizations like  Catholic Charities, Jewish Centers, etc...all SSO help people in need at low cost. I go to one here in Illinois area regardless if you are part of their Congregation.
