As soon as your I-360 approved

Ihuoma filed the 485+765 in Oct 2018 so they do not have wait for the 360 approval for EAD. They can either get an EAD based on the 360 (if they checked off they wanted an EAD) and that would be issued upon 360 approval OR they can get an EAD based on the 485+765 submitted in Oct'18. EADs are currently taking 3-5 months or longer in those cases.

We are in the same boat!! I sent my EAD Renewal on Aug 8th 2018, received receipt, previous fingerprint used, and still nothing.... i did a service request in January and is not even assigned to a officer :/, all my documents will expired on June 2019 if i don't received before i will contact my senator or congressman...

Did you get an automatic extension letter? It seems you qualify for that. This was a renewal right? and you filed for it on time? If so you are probably covered by the automatic extension given due to long processing times. https://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/automatic-employment-authorization-document-ead-extension

Hello @sandranj I filed my I-360 + I-485 on October 2016, my I-360 was approved on April 2018 and my I-485 transferred to my local office, NYC, the same month/April 2018.

my question is: Is the date that I filed my I-485 / October 2016 my priority date?. or is my priority date the date my I-485 was transferred to my local office? NYC office is now working with September 2016.

Please help! anybody who knows the answer to this. I have been waiting for too long!!!:(

I have a question. On the USCIS website says that they are processing cases from May 2017. And it take from 16 to 21 months for a case to be adjusted. What I’m trying to say if you file before May 2017 do you found those mints and see if you are geting close or no. If there are no sealable appointment at your local USCIS office is there a different way you can schedule a infopass besides online?

I think the best way to do infopass online . just try to set up an auto refresh to 30 second and website change detector in your browser .. Other ways Maybe you could try to call USCIS to set up appointment for you with infopass .

Hi @Damara! I have the same timeline with @FeDaniela. It is also a renewal under I485, still waiting for my EAD. I didn’t get an automatic extension. How can I get one?
