After VAWA approval usually Vermont ships the file to NBC after 30/45 days , and then after 30/35  days NBC asks to submit the medical exam or to bring to the interview. To see when you will have interview you need to check  your local office timeline.

Update guys. Paralegal got the RFE and they requested a copy of my birth certificate. I have 87 days in which to respond. There is a copy at the lawyers office so I told them to submit it cuz basically you have to tell them to do everything...

@sandranj  I Just Got approved for my VAWA after been waiting for two years. Without you i won't be approved i would like to thank you for your efforts and help. God bless you Heart without you maybe ill be deported now .

..  I Believe when they put 485 on hold  they do not issue Ead Card .

I have a question. On the USCIS website says that they are processing cases from May 2017. And it take from 16 to 21 months for a case to be adjusted. What I’m trying to say if you file before May 2017 do you found those mints and see if you are geting close or no. If there are no sealable appointment at your local USCIS office is there a different way you can schedule a infopass besides online?
