If you filed your I-360 and your I-485 together and they say that they can’t access or locate your file it could be because of your I360 since IOC the sensitive of the case in this case I360 at least this is what thy told me.

Yes, I did filed the I360, I485 and 1765 Packet, maybe because I360 got approved and now USCIS is processing I485 🙌🏼🇺🇸💫 thanks again for your prompt response.

I personally didn't have to put it on hold as I filed noti-485 concurrently with the  i-360 and I didn't even get prompt updates when it moved to the local office until my senator inquired.

 

Updates usually happen when there is an action taken on your case - (aside from the "inactivity" updates which are insignificant) so I wouldn't worry about it yet.

That's Mean your case transferred to local office without getting any notification update online or sending to you NOA ? 

Then you found out your case got transfer when you made an appointment  at infopass to inquire about your case ?

We are in the same boat!! I sent my EAD Renewal on Aug 8th 2018, received receipt, previous fingerprint used, and still nothing.... i did a service request in January and is not even assigned to a officer :/, all my documents will expired on June 2019 if i don't received before i will contact my senator or congressman...

On my case I found out it is already transfer thru infopass that my lawyer made and I finally got notification in the mail (my lawyer did) so I just have to seat to wait for more notifications for my medical and interview appointment so far all is silent but according to others timeline after 1360/VAWA approval we should hear something between 4-8

months time frame 🙌🏼🇺🇸💫😍

Are you using the same 485 filed based on the marriage case before ? If yes .

..  I Believe when they put 485 on hold  they do not issue Ead Card .

If the person files l765 when the l485 was put on hold then USCIS

will issue the work permit.

If  USCIS did not issue the work within  90 days then  contact your congressperson,do not file a new AOS.

Tell your psychologist she needs to specify your background,number of therapy sessions attended,onset of the problem,abuse told in details, tests performed (BAI and BDI), diagnose, treatment plan and referral,if needed.

If your l485 is still pending once VAWA is approved then do not file a new AOS.

Hi! Hope you are doing alright. When i was prepared my documemtation i send this to my therapist so he could find some parameter to make the report. He follow some of the structure given from this work and later was revisted by my lawyer and she was pleased . By the page 28 its show what is about. Good luck!

That's statement confirms validity we should start counting from the date filing the application when an applicant summited 485 after vawa got approved or we should start counting from the date vawa got approved when applicant summited 485 along with 360 . 

Because ,

Some people have different opinion and they say We Should start counting from the date 485 reached to local office .

 

I think Now you cleared this matter .

 

Uscis  counts the date your l485 reaches the local office.
