I forgot Police Clearance letters too!

There is no ”format” it is only an affidavit from her, possible your Dr and Phycatrist stating your changes in personality while suffering this type of abuse. Anything you had developed like lost/gained weight, chronic insomnia, hand shaking, sleep disturbances, etc... simple! Affidavit letter.

I hope it helps.

Yes, this helps!! Thank you very much. And yeah i have sent police clearance certs as well.

Don’t forget to add any medications you are taking like antidepressants, anxiety's medications with a copy of the medications prescribed by your Pshycatrist.

Hi Sandra,

I am 2018 filer. Based on the information on this forus I realized that my previous psychological evaluation may be insufficient. Hence i started counseling sessions again with a licensed therapist. I have completed one session so far.

This time I have requested that i need a detailed evaluation of my case to support my immigration petition. My therapist asked me for the format that she can use as she is not familiar with vawa.

Since i was not sure, couple of days ago I requested my attorney to provide that information. However, i am still waiting on a response.

I am a regular follower of the posts here but was afraid to sign up. Now i did, as I wanted to make sure i get a good evaluation to support my case.

Can you please advise?

Thank you!!

Search for vawa specialist psychologist in your area. They know exactly what uscis is looking for in your evaluation.

Since i have started my sessions already, i probably can’t go to a new psychologist. I will request my current counselor for a report that includes all key information.Hope it works out well. Thank you for your time and advice.Appreciate it.

Thank you @FridayGirl@69 for this information .

That's statement confirms validity we should start counting from the date filing the application when an applicant summited 485 after vawa got approved or we should start counting from the date vawa got approved when applicant summited 485 along with 360 .

Because ,

Some people have different opinion and they say We Should start counting from the date 485 reached to local office .

I think Now you cleared this matter .

According to several USCIS representatives that I called while waiting;  The counting starts from the time you filed, however it's not accurate since VAWA petitions already take much longer to process before getting  the I-485 transferred.

According to @sandranj one should start counting from the day your file arrived at the local field office. I don't think it should be that extensive but this is  more realistic expectation given all the delays.

Question, when you request to place your I-485 onhold, do you get any updates on your case status?

Does anybody knows (if it happened to one of you previously) my case status change on I485 stating :

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information on your case. Please contact ... I called they say they cannot find info on my case?! ... maybe a system failure?

Thanks in advanced.
