For pervious 765 it been almost 9 Months still nothing yet .. Just waiting for nothing .

Oh wow! That’s a lot of time wasted ☹️ I’ll wait one more month then call my congressman or senator and if still nothing, then I’ll just file a new one. 😔 Thank you for answering my questions. Hope you get your EAD soon!

@xoxox Stated that USCIS doesn’t issue I765 renewal if the 485 is put on hold. But she’s not 100% sure. She waited 9 months for it, and just decided to file a new one. Do you have any idea about it? @Kleenex12

i have never heard anything loke this before,i know a friend who renewed hers C08 her notice date was July 31st and she got her renewed card around ending November.

It's been almost over than 5 months since filing and still waiting for any news about new 485 and 765 . only I did my biometric appointment after filing  .  until now I didn't hear anything , just waiting . I didn't get my new EAD yet .

I didn't get anything yet .

Remember it takes average 5 to up 18 months to get an approval for I360 and EAD if you are lucky you will get yours on shorter time but I wait for mine 17 months and 4 days.

@MGJ_NY How are you doing? Been a minute :-), these past few weeks have been crazy busy for me, but good busy 🙂

On the USCIS website, they're currently processing September 5, 2018 EAD applications based on pending I-485 category C09, so yours is outside normal processing times. I would suggest reaching out to your congress person if you filed your petition yourself or have your attorney do it for you. The long wait times are ridiculous.

@ FridayGirl@69, the weird part is how the timelines have changed, since the shutdown ended, other I-360 petition timelines have been reduced to 9 - 12 months, while VAWA timeline still stands at 16 - 21 months. Not sure about the reasoning behind it, one would think it would be the other way.

Hi! I’ve been good, just really getting anxious with my case. How are you? My case was sent to NBC, and the date they are processing is Aug 15,2018. Still out of processing time. I already made an infopass scheduled on Feb 6,2019. So i hope I’ll get something and will let u know 🙂

That's great!! Being proactive with sending them reminders about your case is the only way to get things moving. Praying you get good news real soon. And yes, please let me know. Stay blessed.
