Not yet! 😔 My Receipt date is 08/07/18. On the website, they are already processing Aug 15,2018 filers. But I guess I’m still within normal processing time, so  1 more month then after that if i still dont get it, I’ll ask help from our congressman. How about you?

i don’t think so,on the website it says they are processing cases file on August 25th 2018,so where you check yours?or is renewal timeline different from initial filling?

It’s a renewal, under my previous I485. It was sent to NBC.

so please correct me if i’m wrong,when you file EAD together with adjustment of status it goes to vermont right?cus on both of my recipts it shows vermont!so does it mean is vermont that is processing my EADS orNBC?thanks please anyone can help me because it seems i have been checking on the wrong time line

Vermont. When you apply for an EAD through an I-485 pending approval with Vawa (I-360) it is requested through Vermont.

Can someone tell me the difference between having Prima Face or just going straight for approval of I360 and I765?

Whenever you submit I360,some people are issue prima Facie after a couple of months but not everyone get to have prima facie and will still get approval for 360 and 765.
