It takes 4-6 months sometimes longer... mine under c31 took 17 months but I finally got it.

My vawa was approved today. My receipt date is July/03/2017. There had been no update on my case for over 400days on the app.

Had a previous marriage petition filed with ex spouse. (Had biometrics, did medical)

June 2017: Filed I-360 / asked local office to put I-485 on hold

July 2017: Prima Facie valid for 6 months (renewed automatically)

..16 months of silence.. / NO RFE

Early October 2018: Received EAD C31 

End of October 2018: Received approval notice for I-360

 

Silence since then. My I-485 has been with the local office so all I am going to do now is wait for the interview notice and then get a new medical done because my old one long expired. It turned out to be good though because there were so many typos and mistakes on the forms.

 

I am still waiting for the interview notice, haven't received anything yet.

I very similar of mine, I file I360, I765, I485 on 5/25/2017 but never got Prima Face all went silence until RFE on 9/7/2018 and by 10/29/2018 I got approved and got my EAD too!

I am waiting now too!!!

Congratulations!!! 👏😍 Now to wait patiently for the I485 Interview and Medical notices.

I know it was a long wait, I waited 17 months until I got approved.

It takes average 30-90 days as I wrote previously mine got answered after 32 days with an approval of my I360/VAWA and I765/EAD

I finally received my I485 appointment via mail for 2/27/2019. Both of my accounts on the USCIS website still say that on 10/12/2018 my case was transferred and a new office had jurisdiction.

 

With Gods will I'll be able to visit my family soon.

 

Anyone knows what questions I will be asked?
