@CASTIEL I didn’t receive the transfer letter on my 485. I got an alert that it was transfered to my local office on the same day my c31 card went on production. Then I received  the ead c31. A week later the approval letter and the deferred action.  A month later the medical courtesy letter, and my 360 online status changed to “received correspondence”. But I didn’t send anything.

I think it’s all normal, I’m not worried. They do things a little different for each case. The updated NOAs are the most important in my opinion.

Oh I see. I didn't received any update yet on my I-485 just I-360 but I will wait on my mail maybe they send something.

@FridayGirl@69 I have question please.

Did you summited 485 along with 360 or you used the pervious 485 ?

What's your currently status online for 485  ?

@tashay Hi, welcome!! I just got back in, I'm sorry I wasn't here earlier to respond to your question.

Your question is not clear. Are you talking about conducting a background check for work? If so, your friend will need an EAD, a valid work permit and that will serve as a form of ID for her to use, or if she has a prima facie, she can use it to obtain a state ID or drivers license. I hope that answers your question. Good luck!

She lives in new Jersey not sure if Prima Facie can work.

Sorry its not background check,i was stating it according to what she told me.

But what she really mean was Good moral character.But where they telling her to go,it states that u cant use a passport,n thats the only ID she has at this point.Because she hasnt gotten her EAD yet

Oh ok, I see. Has she lived in NJ for more than 3 years? If so, then a police clearance report from her local county will do showing that she has no criminal history, but if she has been in the country for less than 3 years, then she will need police clearance from the local police in her county and also from her country of origin. And she can use her international passport and a utility bill that has her name on it as proof of ID.
