My Name was Updated: August 16, 2017
Previous I-485 Transferred from another office of  Processing: September 1, 2017
EAD and AP Renewal Exp Feb 2018: November 3, 2017 
Additional Evidence of Abuse sent: November 3, 2017 
EAD and AP Renewal Received:November 6, 2017 
EAD and AP approved:November 24, 2017 (So Fast but Thank you!) 
EAD And AP Card Mailed: November 28, 2017 (letter received they used my first biometrics) 
EAD And AP Card Received in mail : December 2, 2017 (The start date is the approval date not the expiration date of the first card which is feb 2018)  
Travel to 3 different Countries: May 1-30 2018 using Advance Parole.  LAX port of entry. 
EAD And AP Renewal: August 4, 2018 
EAD and AP Card Production: August 30, 2018

Congratulations .. I think @MGJ_NY try to ask you a about you posted pervious 485 transferred to other office ? 

Usually when they put pervious 485 in hold they do not transfer it to other office.

Can you give us more details .

Can you give us more details .

 

1-45 that is put on hold is at NBC at first and I believe they transfer it to VSC because they are the one processing for VAWA. 

But right now I haven't received any notifications about I-485 because I think based on what I have learned from the previous post. I need to wait for the actual approval of my I-360 before they transfer my I-485 again to NBC and to my local office.

But you can try since you cannot use the benefits of Prima facie without having ssn if not that's fine just ask them what are documents you need to get a ssn.

But based on my experience they just need the EAD card or the Notice of approval of employment.

@CASTIEL I didn’t receive the transfer letter on my 485. I got an alert that it was transfered to my local office on the same day my c31 card went on production. Then I received  the ead c31. A week later the approval letter and the deferred action.  A month later the medical courtesy letter, and my 360 online status changed to “received correspondence”. But I didn’t send anything. 

I think it’s all normal, I’m not worried. They do things a little different for each case. The updated NOAs are the most important in my opinion.

After I left the house of my abuser, got a divorce, restraining order, and later my 360 approved, nothing bothers me anymore. 😊

And for people waiting for the 360 approval, do your best, send additional evidence if needed, and patiently wait. Your approval will come! A lot of us were in your situation, we understand each other here.
