1. that USCIS have received the RFE response and they are evaluating these things.  ( Oct-2018)

2.  name is changed on my I-360 and I-485. (January 5-2019) 

 

What is going on with my case ?

How much time it would take to get VAWA result . I am drained emotionally, and sad😪 😫 , it is 2 years since I filed VAWA.

 

 

My case was approved after 45 days submitting RFE response. Your case is over 60 days of response, you should suggest your congressman contact Vermont to verify the result of your case.

Ok. @gur was just asking how long the processing times take. @FridayGirl@69 I got update today that my case was transferred to another office.

Honestly I thought you had receive some sort of notification that your case is transferred since you’ve gotten approval before me. They sent me a text message and a Yahoo message with a lengthy instruction to read. What you can do is use your Receipt Number for 1-485 and not the I-360 and check it on the USCIS website.

Did you get two NOA when they transferred your case first and second time one for VSC to NBC and other for NBC to Local office or just you get update online ?

I am still waiting too . Is taken too long time to get transfer I don't know what going on ! Please when you get any update on your case inform Us .

Yup, we got the both notices. My attoney is keeping them at the office.

One more questions .

Regarding How long it takes to get the interview Notice .. It's just confusing .

Do we start Counting from the day VSC received 485 when you summited after vawa approved or from the date reached NBC or From the date reached local office ?
