Approximately 3/4 weeks maximum from the receipt Date you should receive biometric appointment but I don't know how long it takes in Atlanta ga .

I did. It’s for good moral character. We sent in police clearance and DA clearance and 6 letters on support. They are requesting certified arrest reports for any arrests. I was arrested well before the 3 years prior to filing. They want court dispositions as well for driving without a license in 2009. They are also requesting a new police clearance letter since the 4 names the police department ran were not enough. They found 5 more names that should have been included in the search. I will get DOJ fingerprints done instead.

Folks today I had approved  4 Vawa   cases that I filed in July and August .

 

US Immigration will end the infopass appointments  soon , I am going to post here later more details ok.

 

I will have a meet up probably in March in New York, and I will post here when I have the date, it will be probably at the Trunp Tower, I had the past 4 meet up there . I  will discuss about co dependence.Every year new people are participating and learning about how co dependence destroy the person’s life and how much they hurt others in the process .

It can take about 4 to 5 weeks. Mine took 5 weeks. I am in Lawrenceville area which is same as Atlanta Thanks

@sandraj @senior members  I have submitted RFE responses for VAWA in October 2018, and 60 days has passed. I have just got email notifications as given below

 

1. that USCIS have received the RFE response and they are evaluating these things.  ( Oct-2018)

2.  name is changed on my I-360 and I-485. (January 5-2019) 

 

What is going on with my case ?

How much time it would take to get VAWA result . I am drained emotionally, and sad😪 😫 , it is 2 years since I filed VAWA.

I got RFE 16 months of waiting. After they received RFE response, it took 41 days then my case got approved. If this helps
