Then why you come on forum if your are not nosy ...watch yourself before you talk ..it’s common sense ...everybody ask themselves questions we know your type you hide information and learn from other people who are ready to share theirs i know some of you on this forum but I wont mention names...whether you like it or not all the information is online if you like Dnt say anything people will still get it right cause now it has turned to someone been nosy cause you tell them to share why they were denied..if you know you Dnt want people to know your story then you need to go message lawyers directly be wise before you talk

@Jhn, Hi. I agree with Ziongirl, rather than the person who was attacking the poster acting so negatively, I just feel that if someone has any honest concerns, he or she would have done what some of us did yesterday, research some excellent attorneys with great reviews and make suggestions that may be helpful to the person. This forum should be a place of light, love and support, not attack. Too many people have been through enough negativity already, all we need is positivity.

Okay guys were here to help  and understand each other situation not to judge other people easily.  Let's just wait for Yalcin to answer first before you easily come up with those sarcastic suggestion, opinion and comments whatsoever.  

@Psquare I respect your opinion and I know where your coming from but the way that you said it. I don't like It!!!

And the way you answer other members here it's not good. Just relax and wait for the answer.

He has trolled and stalked so many people on here, unrelenting, asking so many personal questions, one lady he kept asking the same questions from, over and over in a previous thread, she stopped posting publicly on the forum, just to avoid him. I'm suspicious of his motives, plus, he's just crass 🙄

We already suffered a lot. We don't deserved this negativity vibes on this forum let just be positive and help one another and give hope to those who are still waiting.

I did the medical for my previously denied 485 ( with abuser), which has since expired. I called the same doctor, and he will give me a good rate when I have to redo it. The exams we are required to do now take longer, about a week. So we have to plan for that. 

The cortesy letter was specific about waiting for an interview letter and bringing the 693  to the interview (do not mail the form). 

Thanks for your reminding us. When di you receive request for Medical record? I got it in the middle of October, 2018, but now i sitll have to wait for interview letter in order to do exam. Is your courtesy letter yollow or pink ? Mine is yellow.

Honestly I do not believe sharing the details of your case (right now) will be helpful. If Sandra advised you that you need an attny who handles removal + VAWA. If you can post your county+state people can give you attny recommendations or links/phone numbers to pro-bono services that should be able to help. Once you find an attny it can be helpful to post what is going on/what they are doing or recommending for advice and to be sure everything is being handled correctly.

Im not sure what you are asking (?) Prima facie isnt really viewed as being good or bad. It isnt always issued. When it is it can be for 6 months or 1 year typically. Prima facie is basically a paper saying your case can be approved if its all determined to be true. It is not an approval, but the prima facie can be used to get certain kinds of assistance- so its good to have if you are in need of assistance.
