Actually, I submitted my petition just a few months ago, so just patiently waiting on my approval, then hopefully on to receiving my GC. I was just curious about the time frames 🙂

Hi Guys I need attorney in NYC

I applied I-360 case on April 21 2017

I got denied I-360 case on December 26. 2018

my attorney was terrible. He did everything wrong.

I don’t have much time. Now I need immediately good attorney.

By the way I have asylum case I applied before my marriage, still pending.

Thanks.

Hi guys, I know this may sound ridiculous, but is it safe to travel within the US (fly) with an approved VAWA but pending AOS?

if anyone asks for my status, what would that be?

thanks for your answers.

1st of all you must have the Advance Parole or Travel Permit in order once this is done you can travel with it. You have an AOS pending through VAWA Approved but they won't ask you anything if you have Travel Permit granted.

Lizz Cannon (Miami Base) or Stefanie Fisher (Boston Base) both are great lawyers.

thanks for your answers.

You will be just fine! If you have a State ID, no one will even know you are a foreigner (but you always say the truth if asked!). However, I would not go to some parts of Texas and would be very careful in the south of San Diego, Ca. There are USCIS check-in points we should avoid. No one can ask you about our status besides immigration and our employer.

All sanctuary states/cities are safer for us. Where are you going?

@digonyc @Hanna Bui I also received the medical courtesy letter.

I did the medical for my previously denied 485 ( with abuser), which has since expired. I called the same doctor, and he will give me a good rate when I have to redo it. The exams we are required to do now take longer, about a week. So we have to plan for that.

The cortesy letter was specific about waiting for an interview letter and bringing the 693  to the interview (do not mail the form).
