My I485 status updated transferred to another office after 3 weeks and then a day transferred to the local office. On my vawa approval notice they typed wrong my children names , so they had to  make it correctly, taking about 3 weeks at Vermont to process and now i am waiting the interview notice coming. My vawa is approved in the middle of June, 2018.

Got it! My case was approved on October 29 2018 but I never received my I360 approval letter plus since then I haven’t heard anything from USCIS I don’t even know if my case was transfer to Visa Center yet ... I am VSC but my I131 was transfer to Nebraska Service Center on Dec 6 2018. Not sure what to do or what is going on...

keep us posted please.

My abuser is USC, so my visa is available immediately. Maybe yours is GC holder, then you have to wait your visa becoming available. Having a little different between of the two our cases.

I will keep you posted to share my timline, dear.

You can suggest your attoney to write the letter to Vermont for request of your approval notice. I did that, so about 2 months for approval i had got my notice as well. It's very very important document we have to get it.

I surely will do that!!!

she told it wasn’t necessary but when I went to my  InfoPass the Officer asked me for it. According to her if USCIS knows no need of the letter...

@Hanna Bui Hi, happy new year!

Please I have a quick question: since my spouse is a USC, my I485, I360 and I765 were submitted the same time. For the transfer to my local office for my GC interview, do I start counting from the date I submitted my packet or from my VAWA approval?

Thanks

I am not sure how long to get interview for USC abuser, but my attoney told me from 6 months to a year. It depends on how busy is your local office.

Wow! That was fast!! Thank you for answering my questions. Good luck on your GC interview 🙂

But they made mistake for children names on the approval notice, then we wrote the letter to USCIS in Vermont to amend it. So it took 4 weeks to correct. So far it is perfect notice now to wait for interview coming soon.

It will go well, with instant approval for you and your children by God's grace.
