I am waiting since 10/29/2018 for my I485 to get process but no idea how long it will take?!

I applied for my I131 on 12/6/2018 so still waiting to get process too...I think this is 4-6 months.

My EAD is good for 1 year so hoping I will get my interview before it expires.

Please keep me posted I am from May 2017 2018 packet (I360,I485,I765) filer.

When you get biometric appointment for 485/765 does that always mean case already transferred to NBC ?

 

i just did biometrics on december 10,since then when i checked online status it just says they can’t provide me with any information at the moment!its more than two months already and my vawa was approved in july 😒😒😒

I am from May 25 2017 filler: I filed I-485,I-360/VAWA and I-765 together at VSC

I got my approval on October 29 2018 and my EAD Card in hand on November 6 2018

I applied for SS# on November 8 2018 and got it in the mail on December 6 2018

I applied for my I131 on December 6 2018 NOA's Receipt in hand on Dec 13 2018

Does it help? Please let me know when do you get your I-485 Interview, what is your timeline?

Your Biometric appointment came from Vermont or NBC lee's Summit MO?

Hi everyone.  I had my case approved May 31st and yet  no appointment for the interview, but i got a request of medical. My lawyer, asked me to send it back to him that he could forward it to USCiS. 

I heard many cases that petitioner use to bring the medical to the interview themself. I got a little confused!

Please share your experiences

I received a request of medical too, but in this courtesy letter, USCIS  indicated that you will submit the new medical in the interview, not to send it by mail. 

I am waiting the inteview notice, i will take it with myself to the interview. My lawyer suggest me like that.

Agreed, I haven’t done it yet but I know thru others that because we are inside the Country you go to the medical, Dr will give you envelope DO NOT OPEN then you go to interview with it so the Officer will opened it before your or while your interview is in motion.

may I ask you how long after I360 approval to get your interview or transfer or that you heard form USCIS?

My I485 status updated transferred to another office after 3 weeks and then a day transferred to the local office. On my vawa approval notice they typed wrong my children names , so they had to  make it correctly, taking about 3 weeks at Vermont to process and now i am waiting the interview notice coming. My vawa is approved in the middle of June, 2018.
