@Roms2017 thank you for this information .. the normal process vt then NBC after that to local office . 

I know the reason why in your case they transferred in 3 days because you filed the new AOS along with 360 . 

What is confusing let say the processing time is taking 15 months to get the interview people should counting from the day case reached local or since the day VT received the case after getting the approval on 360 ?

Please I have one more question if you don't mind.

Did you get NOA in Every time they transferred you case or just update online and it took only 3 days for Each time transferred your case Even when they transferred to local office ? 

How long you Been waiting to get your interview notice since your vawa approved ?

You count from the time your I485 reach the local office.

Yes it took 3 days for transfer it was fast.

There is no transfered notice from VT to NBC just the online case gonna change.

When your local office receive the I 485 then they will send you NOA for confirmation.

January 09 2019 it gonna be six months i have been waiting for the interview now.

When you get biometric appointment for 485/765 does that always mean case already transferred to NBC ?

The way I even looked at it I don’t think your wife knows how to withdraw the petition cause if she knows how to she would have done that long time

Hello guys,

 

I just need help on how to get housing resources, I had to leave where my abuser and I were staying before, I was advised to do so when I went to ER and met a social worker, she advised I stay far away, I started moving from  friend's to the other, even to a different county because i dont feel safe, but now I need a place to stay for weekends because my friend i stay with now works weekend and i cant stay alone for now to avoid suicidal thoughts, The social worker I met at the ER gave me the homeless hot line number which i called but was referred to women aware and other domestics violence agencies. I called them, we had long calls, i told them what i have been through and they advised i go for mental screening because of the suicidal thoughts but they said they can not get me shelter at this time because my life is not in danger now and also because i have income $,15000/Annual.

I really thought i could get some help staying at the shelter because i really scared of staying alone and also though they could help with counselling and other resources. I am frustrated now and I need advise on hold to handle this, Please Help.
