yes,woow lucky you,i applied for I-485 and I-765 on october 25 nothing yet on both status!please can you share ur timeline when u applied for vawa and when it was approved and when u file for adjustment?thanks alot!

I applied in june 2017 form I360

Applied for EAD renewal in September  2018

No response until 15th oct 2018 approval notice for I360

 

 

Applied adjustment of status an Ead on 23rd November 2018. 

 

21st dec 2018 fingure prints notice

 

30th dec 2018 case moved to another office for processing. I hope I get a date soon for interview

How can the psychologist describe the abuse, onset of the problems, tests performed, diagnose and  treatment plan in 2 pages? clearly you submitted a horrible psychological evaluation.

 

Folks sometimes people come here and say "  My psychological evaluation had 2 pages and i was approved", first of all, you can one page of the psychological evaluation if you have a police report, or a shelter letter ot hospital recording showing the abuse. I read thousands of psychological evaluation and I assure that it's impossible a psychologist  to draft a good evaluation in 2 pages,no way, no how!.

thanks dear,applied for vawa in April 2017,approved in july 2018,applied for first EAD category C14,finger prints done in september and since my ex husband was a lpr i had to wait till october to file for adjustment of status on october 25th did finger prints in december since then i haven’t heard anything from them!No EAD no transfer of my case😪😪😪so stress out don’t know what is going on

Hi @Kleenex12 @Ziongirl 

I thought Vermont supposed to ship i485 first to NBC after 2/3 Months from filing date then they transfer it from NBC to Local Office . 

I would like to ask you guys question .

Does anyone knows .                            

 

When you submit 485/765 after vawa approval How Vermont will process the case AOS ? What's the steps exactly ?

Can they transfer 485 to NBC or to local office without issue transfer letter for you ?

I Submitted my it's been more than 3 Months I Didn't get any transfer letter too . I Remember someone asked Sandra long time ago about How Vermont process AOS when the applicant submit 485 after vawa approved , she said when Vermont received 485 they ship it to NBC after 2/3 Months then After 2 Months NBC transfer the case to local Office for interview .                                                    

 

 I can't Remember exactly what Sandra said . Maybe I am wrong or I Missed understand what she said exactly .

I don't know when Vt they ship it to NBC they Always issue transfer letter to applicant or they just transfer it without issue notice ? How long it takes ? Maybe sometimes VT transfer direct to local office , Not sure. 

I hope we can get help for this questions .

It shows that your case is at the local office for waiting interview notice. I am the same status.
