But I received my Biometric for new I-485, and my old I-485 status is still "ready to be scheduled for interview". It has not been denied yet!

I was thinking to apply for renewal based on new I-485?

Like Sandra stated before, they will likely find out when you attend the interview based on the old i-485, you will have to let the officer know.

When and how should I notify them?

Should I send them a letter now or I have to wait for the interview based on old I-485?

Wait and attend the interview. That way you have the opportunity to tell the officer not to put you in removal proceeding.

This situation may change if my ex-spouse withdraw my marriage petition; am I right? there won't be any interview then I guess.

@Ilohow do they always transfer the i485 that someone has filed with i130 to the vawa i360 after you have told them to hold it that you file for vawa ....but how will they reschedule everything after they have approved your i360

1-On the approval notice for i 360 priority date they are using the date which i130 filed is that Normal ?  when I filled up the application for I 360 I type I 485 still pending (the pervious case from marriage ) .

1-if your spouse is a U.S Citizen there is no priority date because there is always a visa number available.

 

2- You can withdraw the old one, but you must discuss this with your attorney.

 

3- It's unpredictable, it might take 2 months or several months.

17 July 2017 is the date they Recieved i-360 ( I only sent I-360) and I Recieved three Prima facie. No update until last Tuesday and now I have card in hand. 

I didn’t know the process of vawa and timeline, in April I sent I-485, I-765 and I-131 with fee waivers. I got receipt on 21 May 2018 bio for I-765 and I-485 June 29

Only update is I-485 we have Recieved your case at our local office. I asked my lawyer if the card means my vawa  is approved and she said no. Any thoughts?

 

 

 

Usually, after  VAWA approval Vermont takes 30/45 days to ship the file to the NBC and NBC takes 30/60 days to ship to the local office, that being said your AOS probably was received at your local office.

Yes I received that notification that it was received, however I haven’t received an approval notice yet.

Yes, but regarding the new changes,any denied petition will likely get a notice to appear in court.

You simply ask them to put it on hold and link it to your vawa, when your vawa is approved then you have your interview.
