Some people received the receipt eirhin 10 days others are waiting 3/4 months.

 

If you are in removal your attorney should close administratively your removal or terminated in order for you to receive work permit and  to have the AOS interview with the Uscis.

Go to the infopass ,usually they issue the Green card 10 days after the AOS approval .

Call the Florida police , county where you lived, to find out how to get the police clearance there .

Last week one girl reentered without problem using the AP. She was illegal here since 2014. She doesn’t have the VAWA approved yet .The first POE officer told her to see another officer and it was fast and without any problem.

They issues it at our interview on nov 1,2016 and then they came to see me December 2017. After the interview I loved out late November / dvemeber then officially in January and he swore up and down he didn’t receive an RFE. Yes he choose the day before Valentine’s Day to message me and said “you told them I hit you in your head with a bottle” and that I’m gonna be denied if u file the form. So I was wondering how did he know. But ok thank yuh @sandranj I guess Bcz if the RFE and the fact they knew now we were not together plus an outstanding deposition that’s why me removal came so fast. I also am going to court for an eviction but I think I will win Bcz my landlord is lying he is just mad I turn down his advances. Do you think ice will arrest me in court

August 28th 2018 they received my VAWA application

Received RFE September and replied to them

October 28th they received my RFE

 

Just got a notification that my EAD was in production!! Super happy and grateful

 

The I-131 (travel document) didn’t show up any notification about card production, does that mean I will be getting only EAD or its gonna be combo card?

My I-131 was not update before but i had received combo card. Hope you will get combo card soon.

Is it update on your EAD status or on I-360 ? If that is only update on EAD status, you will get EAD category C09, not I-360 approval.

My I-131 was not updated before but i had got combo card. Hope you will get the same card like me.

Congrats on your EAD approval! 🎉 Is it a new EAD or a renewal? And did you do biometrics? I filed my EAD renewal based on my pending I485 last August 2018, and I’m still waiting.

Yes I did on nov 1, he got arrested for violating his probation. He went in first and when he came out they arrested him then I did my interview after. He said he would send RFE for disposition and pictures
