I logged in on my DHS account and it was still same.

Please is there anything I'm supposed to do next.

Go to USCIS Case Status and log into that and see what it says. Both of mine said different things.

Yes I did log in on both sites and there was nothing new.

I got my interview notice today it's scheduled for April 1st but I don't have my vawa approved letter yet what to do ??

YOU don't have to bring your approval letter to the interview, the USCIS office has your approval in the system.

My update. They agreed to file under C09 but said c31 wasn’t a mistake and it was ok to file it under Vawa.... no comments.. well at least they do it... now fingers crossed to receive it ASAP..

Hi 

I have a quick question! 

Today my VAWA case is updated to “new card being produced.” 

 

I am really excited my case is going forward but the thing is I am still waiting for my EAD renewal under C9 and I did not keep copy of i-360 i filed so I dont remember whether there was a box for request of EAD under c31 nor I have checked the box or not. 

 

Does this update mean that they are going to give me new EAD under approval of VAWA? Or just means that the case is approved? 

 

For those who has been approved, 

What was your VAWA approval updates notice phrase when it was approved? 

Is there a difference in the notice between EAD production and approval only?

My interview was on 2/27/2019 and the next day 2/28/2019 when I woke up I checked it and it said it had been approved. I got my approval letter but since then my status has not changed. Im really anxious its been 15 years since I saw my mom.  The USCIS website still says it was transferred to a new jurisdiction but the DHS one says approved. Praying and trying to keep it together, not much longer for my journey to be over.

I got the same one . EAD was deliverd, 10 days ago to my attorney s office and then to me. 

No update since then ..

I went with my attorney today and was able to put my I-485 on hold. Thank you lord. Now the journey continues for waiting on vawa approval. I’m thankful I can at least continue working. God is good.

Yes thats the correct link. In my case none of the sites updated that uscis had sent me an appointment letter for the I485 or biometrics. I also received the EAD c31 with no approval update but I took it as an approval and later received the approval letter for vawa.
