I had more than 6 .my officer were too strict .

It’s just so unfortunate that many of all these immigration lawyers don’t know anything its only few of them that understands this job,all they just care after is the money you wanna pay, they know people are facing a lot and they always wanna take advantage of them ...he should have even guided you not to remarry ...all these lawyers don’t even like when you ask them questions, all I can tell you now is to let your new spouse file for you if you haven’t married him now we would have said you should reapply or appeal which they will most likely approve in as much as you can explain yourself better..

@Sheenane Do you have a new attny?  You most definately need one and not the same one that screwed up your VAWA.

Technically you are not a VAWA case anymore because it was denied and you are not appealing but rather planning on doing a new AOS through a new spouse. Your post does fit in the VAWA thread however because its about filing a new AOS after a VAWA denial. Im just not sure there is anyone else posting currently in that situation... Have you tried using the search feature? Im sure this topic has come up before and Sandra has offered advice on it.

Really thank you .i m waiting for her .yes my new spouse will file the paper for me .

Most of those lawyers don’t even pray people receive their green card so that they can be paying them forever but don’t worry God is on your side

Hi! I know this question has been asked a lot of times but I want to know if anybody has traveled just recently using their combo card and how was the experience coming back? (Specifically to NY Airport) Has anybody have been denied of entry for some reasons? Im planning to travel home to the Philippines with my AP when I get it. I have overstayed for almost 2 years after my visa has expired. I really want to go but some friends are saying it’s too risky and not safe. I just want to hear from actual experience and also I need a boost of encouragement. 🙏 Thank you! 😊

My bad identogo is just a company name (they are into fingerprints and biometrics.

All I just want to know if I schedule the right fingerprints (fingerprints on card)for that purpose.

I would have told you to let your siblings back home do that for you..that’s the best but whichever way let’s wait and see
