Hello all and happy Saturday. 

Yesterday I received the notification that my Work authorization was mailed to me. 

I applied for a "combo card" and unfortunately I have no news regarding my Advance Parole. (still " fees were waived") 

 

Should I just wait for my card to arrive and see if it's actually a combo card? 

Maybe some problems on the online updates? 

 

Anyone had the same issue?

I applied on November 19th. 

I-765 mailed to me on March 7th ( 2 days after "new card has been produced")

Approximately it took 101 days to make a decision

Hello everyone , I applied for vawa in Aug 2018 and yet to receive prima facie , I filed a foia ( freedom of information act) request later , and when I received my foia results , it shows that the officer checked all boxes except the good moral character box , that means the officer is still questioning my moral character , I was arrested twice before when I was with my spouse but it was false allegations , all made up and state attorney declined to file charges against me and I wasn't charged with anything, 

With my i360 application I sent 2 personal letters from friends describing my good moral character , 

So my question is what I can add to prove that I have good moral character.

I am in NYC as well. I got approved on August 2018 and got the courtesy letter around NOV. I’m hoping to get the interview soon. I keep myself busy by working a lot  to avoid thinking about it.🙏

Hi! We have a close timeline. I applied Sept 2018. I didn’t get prima facie also, i dont know if I will but they did ask RFE for good moral which my lawyer sent on Dec 2018. May I ask how did you request for a FOIA? Thank you

Did u respond to RFE? What evidence like police certificates did your lawyer send?

They did not ask for rfe for good moral character , 

And you can apply for foia form G639

Received EAD C31 today, not a combo card. Received 4 days after notification of Card production email

I posted on Tuesday VAWA was approved. August 2017 filer.

Just received another email Post Decision Activity. I-360 approval notice has been mailed. AMEN onto the next hurdle.

Hi all. Does there have to be two witnesses or more to establish the case?

I have to go back to home country to see my parents, as Dad is sick , so how much time AP card take to get processed😵. My VAWA is Approved.

Also If anybody knows that DHS denies on the  re-entry on AP please share  your experiences 🙏?
