One visa journey member  had the audacity to  ask me if i have a sister to introduce to him,

That's a shame. Instead of being worried about the current situation at hand that member went way overboard.

Sorry about that @sandranj and please don't take it to heart.

We all do appreciate all your work and effort.

God bless you 🙏

You can file under category C9 if you have a pending l485.

You will get your EAD just  after Vawa approval because you filed under C31 category . The information that you got from Avoo is wrong.

Thank you @sandranj I guess I have to wait long :( Also, is it normal to get 2 biometrics appointment? One for the i360 and one for the i485?

Uscis Will not inform in the l765 that you are in removal proceedings, who informs about removal is the officer that denied your AOS.

Which is mean if 765 get denied they will send me denied notice for 765 including the reason for denied but They will not informs me about removal .

Okay I understand now .

Thanks a lot Sandra .

Hi Guys .

what I Read about this story or any other samilier stories when the abuser threatens to call the immigration or ice or USCIS on you it should make us worry.

I would like to ask very important question regarding this subject .

We have to expect anything from a buser just to try to get you deported we all know that or might abuser will lie to USCIS  just get you deported .

Here is the question .

let say the abuser used your phone or got your email password or bought new phone with new number and made fake text conversation or email conversation or voice record conversation etc all fake just to approve to USCIS that you didn't entered the marriage on good faith or any other reason to just try get you deported and he/she send this fake text or email or voice record to immigration .

What to do ?

What will happen to our 360 and 485 interview ?

we have to think about that Guys and beware .

what we can do in this situation ?

Uscis will not consider anything that your spouse will tell them in ypur VAWA case.
