I have traveled 2 times already with AP, February 2018 and December 2018, when you arrive a secondary review is made, the Officer may ask you some questions others my not in my case my first time  reentering  no questions ask  just a  welcome, and the second time they ask me where i was coming from and whats my address, after that officer Stamp you passport with a Parole date..

I have 7 months waiting as well, when you renew you get the 180 days extension if is C9 base EAD... i have read in other forum when they involve congressman the answer from USCIS is that we have 180 days extension we can still work,  they will issue after that... but USCIS is messy and backlog right now.

My concern about since they didn't issue EAD Card Is that sign we are in removal processing ?

Don't understand if we are in removal processing they will send letter to denied 765 or they just they don't issue EAD Card ? 

For my information I am not in removal from my pervious 485 marriage case but now I am worry .

Please I need advise from you or anyone knows .

What is your EAD card type “C9 or C31”?

 

c31 need waiting until vawa approved ,will be take long time 16-22 month

Don't Worried this delay is happening to a lot of us, specially on the renewal.... if They denied you I765 they will sent you a letter staging the reason for the denial.

Other case is if denied will be issue letter tell you they denied your application.

It’s really frustrating. But when i went to infopass, the officer said it’s still processing. I already went to my congressman to have my EAD expedited. Did you contact your congressman or senator?

While I have an attorney, I did the majority of the work by myself.  Attorneys are human, they can forget or make mistakes like anyone else. It's critical that you read over and review your documents before filing. Everyone should take the time to document things properly and make it a priority -  documentation is key. Also, another tip is to continue to document and keep track of any abusive behaviour by your ex, especially if you have a child/children with him/her. Sandra, I think you should ask for payment up front but also offer a sliding scale option for those who need it, especially given your track record. Otherwise, it's not fair to you either. There are many attorneys who take fees from clients but don't do the work. There was one particular attorney who I had a consultation with who asked for 50% payment upfront, then when I asked if I can file asap, he said I have to wait till divorce is finalized. I had my doubts so I told him to give me some time to think about it first. When I did some research by myself, I learned that this information is incorrect. I never called him back. There are a number of cases where immigration attorneys fleece clients or have their licenses suspended or are even disbarred. It's important for your to learn, do your own  research and invest some time in preparing your immigration case, instead of just relying on your attorney.

Do you have the receipt number? Check your status online. Or file an Infopass appt or file an e-request? I think that timeline exceeds the estimated time range. Consult with a professional about your options.

They will send letter for denied , Okay let say I am in removal processing they will send me letter Denied 765 . On that Denied letter they let me know that I am in removal and that's why they denied 765 ?

No ..  I was try to renew it I never get it then I filed new one and still waiting .
