I had my i485 interview in Nov 2018 and the officer decided to put my case on additional review and since then there is no update. Any one in similar situation.

Has anyone here have any experience with newport news social services? I applied for Medicaid and food stamps and i had my phone interview just now and the lady denied my medicaid and said it was because i wasn't a U.S. citizen. But will let me know if i get approved for snap.. Im confused because i thought we would get approved base on prima facie?

I applied it in November 23rd and was approved on 26th feb and I have the card now.

I Submitted Mine two times and I never get it .

It's been almost 10 months since I submit my application to renew it based on pervious case still waiting and the second I submit new 765 and it's been almost 7 months and I didn't get it yet .

I don't think I am in removal just worry.

My question is : 

When USCIS didn't issue EAD card does it mean  they put applicant already in  removal processing from the pervious 485 based on marriage case ?

When applicant in removal what will happen for 765  they will denied and they will issue denied notice including the reason for denied or they will not issue EAD card without Even issue denied notice if we are in removal processing ?

what will happen when you submit 765 if you are in removal ?

Can someone explain to me please .

Hi all,

   I'm new to this forum. I've been searching for answers online but am still confused. When I checked my case status online, it says "my card was mailed to me". Does it refer to the EAD card? I filed the I-360, I-765 & I-485 applications concurrently in Sep. 2017. I got the receipt notices and completed the fingerprinting ages ago. I did not receive any status updates till recently. I've checked my mail numerous times in the past month, but,  nothing so far. I am trying to figure out if I-360 petition must be approved before they issue the EAD card? Alternatively, I've also read that some individuals got their GC without having to go through the interview process? Is this true? Any clarifications and advice you can offer would be very much appreciated!

I Believe if you got this update online for i360 that's mean your vawa got approved and USCIS issued c31 Ead card .
