No. Her organization always review documents before sending them out to uscis. Just to be sure everything is in order.

Ask your lawyer to send in the RFE bro... ur last message dosent seem clear.... if ur lawyer hasn't sent ur RFE and it's ready,  pls u guys should send RFE so they can conclude the review ontime and approve you

My lawyer filed for everything one time so yes you can.

I am happy to say that my journey ended today with my interview being held this morning. I am in the NYC area. Interview went well no questions were asked except for my medical, passport and birth certificate originals. They were looked and given back. I was approved on spot... I must add my lawyer was presence. 

My timeline

I-360, I-485,I-765 filed Dec 6 2016

1st EAD approved Feb 2017

Sent renewal EAD November 2017 Approved 2nd EAD Mar 2018.

I-360 Approval July 6, 2018

EAD C31 received July 11 2018

I-485 transferred to local office August 2018.

Interview  and medical notice received Jan 29, 2019

Interview scheduled for Feb 25, 2019

Interview held approved 

Feb 25, 2019 Update Card is being produced. 

 

Now waiting for card in the mail.

Gm congratulations... So basically your interview was 6 months after approval. Am from nyc too my approval was December still no update or anything sigh

Yes should apply for i131 AP ASAP         as AP and EAD is not two different documents any more, its combo card.

Also I got my fee waived for EAD. Do I have to file another Fee Waiver for I131?

I don't think it matter.  My advance parole is about to expire n I just called my lawyer and she said not to Renew or use because persons are going out n not coming in .this is from a lawyer in nyc... Can anyone say yes or no?

If you have a pending AOS yes you can fill out form I-131 for advance parole.
