Hello,

 

My interview under i360 was completed today.

 

Interview last only 5 minutes and officer was so nice, just ask through questions in my 485 form.

 

He took my i-693 and double check my address to make sure the green card will come to correct address then walked me out. No question asked about my previous marriage or abuse.

 

I got approved on spot!

So I got the mail from my attorney yesterday. The additional evidence requested for is good moral character (police clearance from my country).

And again today got an email, see attach.

Please what does it mean?

Has anyone experienced this? I haven't even submitted the additional evidence.

Quickly gather RFE and submit,  it's a good sign , as soon as u submit they would approve it b4 1month..... seem lots of cases like this..

When did you submit your i360 vawa ?

What is the procedure to add additional documents to the vawa application before final adjudication is done. It's for good moral from home country that was not  added before.@sandraj kindly give professional advice.

Hi what was your courtesy letter about?  I got a courtesy letter saying my MediCal is expired this will make number 3 my case was approved Dec 6 2018  Wonder if my interview is soon... I initially applied April 2017. I live 🗽

Update from my attorney ... my i485 interview scheduled for march12 no updates online just notification that last action was took on jan 23... will see if i got my courtesy letter too as she told me about only interview...

Really stressed as after my notification i called attorney she didnt call me on her own
