am I paying for AOS one more time if I am approved for VAWA ?

Congratulations to your Prima Facie. That means you have something to show to IO already. Relax your mind and you'll be fine. Put all your energy to what you want to happen. Not what you don't want. I am still mastering this, because I know we have gone through a lot and a tiny distraction could trigger anything scary.

Thank you so much. I'm going with my attorney and I'm going to continue praying and believing that God has this situation in his hands. I'm going to face my fear the same way you did and provide my notice and Prima Facie. I know by the grace of God he/show will put it on hold. I will keep you all posted after my appointment on the 19th.

EAD and AP Renewal Exp Feb 2018: November 3, 2017
Additional Evidence of Abuse sent: November 3, 2017
EAD and AP Renewal Received:November 6, 2017
EAD and AP approved:November 24, 2017 (So Fast but Thank you!)
EAD And AP Card Mailed: November 28, 2017 (letter received they used my first biometrics)
EAD And AP Card Received in mail : December 2, 2017 (The start date is the approval date not the expiration date of the first card which is feb 2018)
Travel to 3 different Countries: May 1-30 2018 using Advance Parole. LAX port of entry.

Thanks Modu. I travel back to my home country no visa. The only country that I apply for visa is KOREA I apply here in L.A

Hello to everybody!

I've just discovered this great forum as I am waiting on my VAWA case decision and do my prayers.

I've filed I-360 on May 31, 2017 , my I-485 is pending from August 2016.

So far I got Prima Facie and 2 extensions, 2 RFE on my moral character and a long wait and silence, and finally, February 14, 2019, I got a notice from them that my card was produced and they are mailing it to me. So I've thought it would be my GC, naive me

I got an EAD card c31 category instead not even applying for it as I didn't send my I-765 form, waiting for VAWA approval first.

Since my EAD card is based on my VAWA case, should I hope it was approved already?

Does anybody have the same experience?

P.S.: In addition to my frustration, my EAD card came with an error, they got my DOB wrong:( since I didn't file any I-765 form just I-360 where my DOB is right.

I'm positive it's their mistake. I've read a lot of information, some people say don't bother, look for work as employees care only if it's valid or not, but how I can renew my DL and get my SSN with the wrong DOB. Is anyone here experienced something like that?

Please, guys, advise 🙏

Go to USCIS website https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayTypoForm.do fill out Typographic Error... you need to sent back the EAD with the Error they will replace it.

Hey everyone!

I did not apply for I313 when i submitted EAD application.

My EAD fee was waived. Can I still apply for I313? and request the filing fee to be waived?
