Hey guys,

im trying to file by myself i-360.

1. i dont have my husband birth certificate or passport (he is USC). I do have his ssn and driving license and our marrige affidavit (that shows that he born in US and his parents born in the US) 

can i add this instead? Do i need to add self- declaration that I couldn't find his birth certificate or passport??

 

2. , does someone know how can I request police clearance report in Nevada? They only provide it if ill go there which i cant because im overseas. 

 

3. I only have copy of our rental agreement and cox bill with our names. That will be enough?? 

 

4. I know that my husband get his mail to his work address .. I also know that he file tax return as married. How can I get copy of this to prove marriage? 

I do have photos of gifts that he gave me only 1 receipt of apple that he gave me iPhone for the wedding. 

 

5. I have sms that he is treating me do i need to add them??

i suggest to consult an immigration lawyer, its seriously not easy to do alone i tried it my self. USCIS is not easy these days. collecting evidence it self will might take severals weeks and the required documents is not easy too.  Thank god my lawyer is dashing and very helpful got my EAD 2 weeks of fingerprints

I agree for past few months approvals have been completely at a stop. I remember last year back in July/August cases were taking less then 16 months. I wonder what's Going on.😕

Try to renew it 3months b4 it expires.. if you do that you gonna get it fast for real...

Yes true becos I submitted 3weeks b4 it expired... my friends that submitted 3months have got theirs renewed already.. I spoke with one yesterday...

You can ask to expedire but it's very rare they expedite ok.

USCIS website is not reliable.They will mail you the receipt  number.

If you file the renewal on time you will get a NOA that serves as an extension until the renewal card is issued, you do not have to stop working and if your employer wants updated EAD you give them the NOA +expired card.
