This is what i received after 3 months since they've got the application, my question is, can i get a copy of my background from the online services (hire right) ?

Also i stayed in a city in Florida for a lil over 6 months, how can i get a clearance from that place remotely?

@rza did you get rfe?  I applied mine Feb 13 2017. I got rfe and submitted rfe in August on 22nd. Still no response from them. Did online request for out of processing time got reply that they are not going to respond online enquiry becoz it's vawa. Asked senator's help. He got response in November in 29th. But have not heard back from them. They said they have sent mail to me 10 days I still haven't received anything in mail. Went to the senator's office they said can't hand over the response in hand. I dont know what to do.

yea I got the too in September and I was approved in November 2nd within 2 month of receiving  my rfe

Hi Sandra 

Please Sandra I need your help .

I had pervious I 485 from marriage but my husband refused to go with me to interview , I went there by myself to ask them to just to reschedule the appointment after couple days from interview date USCIS sent me letter asking me to submit evidence and exactly reason for reschedule the appointment but I never respond because my husband refused to give me any papers from doctor , on the interview date he said that he is going to see doctor because he is sick can't come to interview .. After that day he became more abusive and I filled I 360 and we got divorced too ,  recently I got vawa approved couple months ago .. All that time pervious I 485 was pending and still pending so far , when I got approval for I 360 my lawyer said we need to file new I 485 based on vawa , I know maybe wasn't good idea .. But acutely that what we did we sent new I 485 based on vawa approval and recently I received receipt notice for new case .. We never asked USCIS to transfer the pervious i485 or to do anything about it .. Now after I received the new receipt notice for new case , USCIS sent letter to my lawyer regarding the pervious 485  ( Notice my lawyer who handle the new case for I 360 and new I 485 , I didn't use this lawyer for the pervious I 485 based on the marriage case at all ) they sent to him letter it says courtesy letter to applicant they regarding I 693 medical exam they says was complicated more than one year ago , So they you will required to submit a valid one if you receive interview notice or if you will receive RFE for i 693 Do not mail any documents at this time .

I don't understand anything !!

How they sent this letter to my new attorney who I hiring him for new case only ?

Does this letter mean USCIS going to send me letter for interview now based on the pervious I 485 or new 485 ?

Please Sandra I need your help .

If you file in May it means that you are out of processing time (5 months) you should ask sandranj what to do in that case ....

I did online inquiry and info pass and contacted my Congressman and they inquired on my behalf on November 26th and am still waiting nothing new

Did you file under the category C 09?

Have you received any NTA? I understand that USCIS does not issue a work permit if the applicant has received an NTA.
The problem with that letter is that it has been sent to addresses of old lawyers who do not notify the person who was denied any previous request.

Yes I filled under c9, and a week later received the notice and after that received the biometric appointment and did my biometric at the beginning of july.
