Hi @Damara, thanks for responding. I don’t have the complete dates rn for my timeline but I’ll go through my file.  I’ve asked my IO during the interview to hold it but she said they can’t do that bec mine was marriage based and that I need my husband (now ex) with me during the interview. And yes, I got my C09 months before my interview but when my letter of denial came approx  5 days after the interview it indicated that along with the denial of my visa, my EAD will also be revoked. So, I submitted the all three that you mentioned since my ex was a citizen here. I’m going nuts and the wait is just too much to swallow.

HI @Optimistic1986 I definitely understand how you feel. My lawyer initially sent me EAD in under category c31. When I noticed approx 10 months later we resent under cat c09 in October of 2018 but have still not heard anything yet. I’m tired of being home **wheew** my lawyer emailed my congressman and they haven’t reposnded so I reached out to my senator last week and hope to hear something from them.

Yes, but still waiting and im past the normal processing time. Will try to do another infopass. I didn’t get prima facie. When did you get yours?

I don't have my file here right now as I’m not home but I will share it once I get home this week. My PF came fast according to my lawyer compared to other cases that they were working on. But it’s a case to case basis. As far as I can remember, I think a month or two it came but I’ll double check.

Hi @JonShaiomg! I’m sorry to hear that. Ten months and until now no EAD yet?! Wow this is just unbelievably a painful process!

@xoxox and @FridayGirl@69 The document is about visa classification symbols and does not pertain to "A" numbers at all. But I do see the visa classification symbols that start with a T. They are attached below:

T1   Victim of a severe form of trafficking in persons.   101(a)(15)(T)(i).
T2   Spouse of T1   101(a)(15)(T)(ii).
T3   Child of T1   101(a)(15)(T)(ii).
T4   Parent of T1   101(a)(15)(T)(ii).
T5   Unmarried Sibling under age 18 of T1. as amended by sec. 201(a) of Pub. L. 110-457.   101(a)(15)(T)(ii)
TN   NAFTA Professional   214(e)(2).
TD   Spouse or Child of NAFTA Professional.

@Trizzle I saw on your timeline that you received a c14 after the c31. Did you apply for the c14 separately? Could you please explain why? (the benefit of having one)

I tried Googling, but found very little information. I understand it is tied to our deferred action, but don’t understand if there is an extra benefit to apply for it. I have a c31 EAD card, and the deferred action NOA (it’s a piece of paper).
