Filed 485 on July 2017

360 approval on 1st of August 2018

485 transferred to NBC on Aug 29, 2018

485 transferred to local office on Dec 11, 2018 (no update on uscis case status, I went to InfoPass and officer told me my case was received at local office on that date)

g-56 interview notice received on Feb 09, 2019 (no update on uscis case status)

Interview scheduled for Feb 28.

 

My local office processing time for i-485 between 10.5 to 22 months (as shown on uscis website)

You obviously went straight from filing to approval! I don't see any RFE or prima facie..wow! Amazing!😊😊😊🙌

Let's hope someone who did sees this post and respond with first hand evidence as I didn't do that myself..and as such have limited input in the matter. I only sent in more evidence when I was issued an RFE.

Yes I did. I sent more abuse evidences, 3 months after filing. Sent along with a blue paper comes with my Prime Facie envelope from Uscis. No RFE so far.

Wow..that's valuable information right there..part of the RFE I got..i was asking my lawyer if I should send evidence of good moral character from my home country she said i wouldn't need it..next thing i know i do!!! Can't wait till we part ways😕

I never got a blue paper.

 

Just the receipt from I360 and then Prima Facie and Biometrics appointment letter. 

No blue paper came with prima facie. 

 

I think I will submit a detailed psychological evaluation ............... Im so scared it will get denied due to lack of abuse evidence.

You still can submit if you think the new evidences will support your case.

 

Just include a cover letter and a copy of your 360 receipt.

I received this kind of form few days ago, also about my interview is scheduled by the end of this month at local office.

1-On your Letter for G56 what's the reason for this interview  ? 

2-Who you need to ask for ? 

 

For mine it's says the reason 485 application adjust to status and ask for immigration service officer .

 

3-Does it mean this is normal interview for GC and Final interview ?

4-Do you Believe this interview form g56 is going to be the same as any other interview issued by i797 from ?

On my letter, they just say “RE: I-485” and the list of documents I need to bring with me, like other 797-C. 

 

No direction to ask for any immigration officer.

 

I’ve seen some post here people went to the interview with G-56 and everything went well, just normal interview and all of them are approved, so I do hope everything will be alright with you and me, just be well prepared.

 

Btw, what’s your interview date? Mine set for Feb-28, we can share experiences after the interview then.

Hey xoxo looks like you haven't talked to your attorney yet..I would get legal counsel to be 100% certain. There are so many information online but an attorney can definitely set the record straight.

Hi just curious..did you use an attorney? Thought the official document is supposed to be uniform...xoxo's content is a little different from yours...wow your interview is so close best wishes.
