I had an RFE back in december, in january sent back what they asked for, so far silence.

Wow! Some folks here actually get response in the form of approvals as early as 29- 30 others 30-60 days! So you're still within the time frame. Do you mind telling us what your RFE was for and when USCIS actually received it?

They acknowledge got your RFE evidenceΒ

On 1/22/19 so now it is about 30-90 days to get answer, average people get their answer between 30-45 days but there is no rule for it. You should hear from them

in a few weeks...

Also Someone shared with me that there's someone who's RFE was received Jan17th that got approval few days ago. Everyone's case is clearly different! So are the officers handling our cases different also! All we can do is be patient and pray! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™

Hi group,

Β

I had requested a change of address through a notarized letter as the address on file was the attorney's... and I received this alert yesterday; they probably sent it to the attorney whom I fired from my case.

Β I requested a copy with e-request. Has any of you gotten the RFE sent to your current address through e-request?

HeyπŸ‘‹ I really don't know much about situations like this..but I would follow their instructions promptly since with RFE's the countdown begins regardless. Hold on you should be getting advice, suggestions and opinions in a little bit. Goodluck 😊

The problem is I no longer have a lawyer, I sent a notarized letter requesting to change my address and apparently they did not change it. FRUSTRATING!!!
