You have already been advised by the lawyer on this thread. Your wife does not have to get u to sign to divorce u.

Hi Victorycoming👋😊 welcome here. Believe it or not there are earlier filers than yourself who are still waiting! What you can do is to implore the help of your senator if your case is outside processing time. With Vawa cases patience is very much needed. Goodluck.

I was wondering if anybody can help me with the link to the police clearance certificate form, i read online they will ask for the form if i call to schedule appointment.

@Chei-360 though I'm new here, I searched for a police department office near me, I didn't book any appointment. So I walked in with my ID(international passport) and told them I needed police clearance cert for immigration use. I was handed the form, filled it and submitted on the spot. I picked up my clearance in three days. I hope this helps.

If it’s Virginia your gonna go online and fill out a form. It will generate an official document for you to take to the State Police HQ. You will have to have an I’d like passport or such when you go. You will get fingerprinted and sign the form. Then you will send the form to their head office. Couple days or maybe a week your gonna receive that same form in the mail except it will be written up at the bottom and stamped.

Do you have to be at the local police department to get the police clearance report? What if I live in another state?

Igot my ead too ,, i applied in october 2018 reciet date 22 oct now ihv my card in hand ,, glory to God.. Hang in there God is with us... Congrats to those who got their ead and. Vawa approvals.
