Hi. I was wondering what exactly I need to mail to my fiance for her interview.

The obvious things like bank info, tax info, job info, the forms I will download on VJ, original papers of proof of meeting, pictures of meeting, airline tickets stubs, etc.... I understand all of these.

But do I need to mail all my original papers that I previously mailed to USCIS? Like the 1-129F form, G-325A form, Intent to Marry, and Declaration of How We Met? All of these papers required an original signature from me or my fiance or from both of us. Should I only mail my fiance copies of these forms?

Thanks.

Yes! When you mailed the first package you sent copies of the proof of having met within the last 2 years. The idea is that you mail her the originals of those documents you copied back then, add proof of ongoing relationship...and everything else that's explained in the guide Dawn mentioned.

Remember you'll have to write a new intent to marry, so that it is dated closer to the date of the interview

have you checked the embassy reviews for Brazil? http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php

Caro

"Please obtain the original documents, or certified copies, listed in

From the UK Consulate site.

I have all of the airline tickets etc, and the letters. The photos were printed by us at home - I have photocopies of how they were sent and I can print out more copies. My only concern is the I129F and G325A which I have copies of - am I supposed to have signed duplicates of these or just copies of the ones I sent?

Hehehe when I read this thread title I thought it said "Do I need all origami forms..?" HA. Didn't know they made the process THAT hard. "Fill out the whole G-325A and then fold it into a graceful paper swan or the petition will be returned."

HAHAHA

Alex, don't give them any ideas, because they just might!

robburnsefc, Sounds to me that you are good, but then again I'm just going by what the guides say, I haven't had the interview yet.

The K1 Guide says

" 1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one).

2. Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy..."

You might also want to look at the information on the embassy in London
