Ya don’t worry much about it as long as you receive approval notices for EAD/AP.

I have had card produced status for EAD on egov website and no changes for AP. And no changes for either on my account uscis but I have already gotten approval letters for both EAD and AP

@K1visaHopeful just saw an update on the case tracker that my card was mailed to me as of today. Letting you know for your stats :)

👏👏 yessss!!

Me too! Mine's in Knoxville and halfway hoooommmmeeee!

Thanks for the update!

Tomorrow you should get "card was picked up by USPS" and that means it's left Kentucky where they are processed.

Hello everyone, I really appreciate  this community as it sort of gave me an idea of situation with this complicated process. My husband woke me up today saying that our case was updated and is now set to "interview is scheduled". I'm very excited. We had filed in late December days. I'm waiting for mail with instructions, but meanwhile, do I have to get my medical exam done or is that for later?

p.s MY EAD card is still pending.

We are actually doing it via marriage-based. I'm in the country already, so I was a little bit confused about this exam ?

ive been watching this Netflix show on cbp entry ports. It’s live footage from airports, other port of entries. It’s called border security Pretty interesting and I really gotta give credit to the immigration officers at the border.

Hey congrats!!! Which state are you from?

I’m a late December filer too but I think GC interview will take a while here since I’m from a large city with hundreds of applicants.

Ah, FL. I have heard Jacksonville, FL is the fastest in the entire nation. Small number of applicants. And thanks, I’m hoping that happens within the next few months cuz my EAD was just mailed. And you wouldn’t need EAD once your GC interview is approved and GC is issued. I’m assuming your GC interview is in May so your EAD process may be discontinued once your GC is Approved if you still haven’t heard regarding EAD yet. Hope that make sense. @K1visaHopeful is better at explaining at this.

Thank you so much for such thoughtful and well written response. I will keep my process updates here as I get new information available.

Tampa field office is very fast, professional and overall amazing office too!

Hoping your process goes smooth!

You'll have to complete the medical requirements to be presented at the AOS interview in your case. Wait until it is scheduled though as the medical exam will only be valid for 2 years and with current AOS timelines at some Local Field Offices, you may have to wait longer than 2 years for a GC interview.

PS please fill out your timeline. VJ uses the info in everyone's timelines to give accurate timeline predictions.

Welcome to the forum !
