Yes, that is correct. EADs & AP are being processed at NBC for 5 Months to 7 months atm.

Yes, for marriage based category C09 AOS applicants.

Yes 5 to 7 months.

I've never seen anyone yet currently have a different SC if they are a K1. 

Its possible that other immigrant status' based on marriage (ie. B2, employment Visa Holders adjusting status based on marriage or military) go to other SCs.

If yours states MSC then yours is at the NBC and you dont have a say in the matter anyways.

There were people that applied after me and got the EAD a month ago not expedited. I don't know what happened, just wish everything goes smooth and faster for everyone.

Hey guys,

 

is there anybody to whom the request for expediting was rejectedXdenied after receiving an email below?
Email from USCIS:We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. 

 

I guees SHORTLY means at least one more week right?

You dont need EAD when your interview already sheduled. They will stop process your EAD, because you will get your GC soon. Congrats!
