I thought that all EADs from all the states are sent to 1 center (national benefit center). They sure do. All AP and Category C09 EADs go to the NBC.

I dont understand why so many people who filed it later than us already received their EADs. 

Should not it be in order? You mean to tell me you went through the K1 process and came to the conclusion that they go in any kind of order? 😉

Hunny, there are still September filers not approved and this is a December thread.

The enquiry date for EAD is September 17th, 2018 so everyone after that is still within normal processing times. 

Sure a few January filers have managed to sneak in as well as December but they just started really going at October last week.

 

PS some ppl are expedites too and they either will never mention that or they lie just to make themselves feel better than everyone else.

My VJ estimate says my AP is past due and EAD is any day. Now I know this is just a rough estimate and not 100% accurate however when I was going through the K1 visa, the estimated timeline was actually correct. Should I be following up with my case or just let it be? Based on the new USCIS site, they received my case December 17. My biometrics was January 9.

VJ is based off member's timelines, not USCIS official timelines

Mine is past due also, it is not official timeline. Wait for ead now is 5-7 months.

Wait and see what happens to the ead. Maybe you will be approved during the suggested time frame.

Follow up?

The service enquiry date is September 18th. Anything after that is still within normal processing times so contacting USCIS would likely be fruitless.

As others have stated above, VJ has a small pool of stats to draw from compared to the number of actual filers. And those stats are dependent on VJ members who actually update their profiles too.

Just wondering - does anyone see updates on the "new site"? I got notice that my EAD (which was an expedite request) is in production on April 13. Since "case received" and "finger print fee received" I haven't seen any changes on the "new site". Everything has been through the old site.

Hi guys! My VisaJourney timeline for the last two days was stagnating for between 1st-15th April. It was correct!

I just received a message and email for EAD that NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!🙌

Case status updated only on Case tracker and old USCIS which is connected to it 👈

 

 

Hope it will start raining with EADs for all people waiting from September to December!!!🤞
