Hi there,

This happened to me as well. The EAD case suddenly changed to "new card is being produced" like yours did. One week later I received the combo card in the mail! Between the "new card being produced" update and receiving the card in the mail, both the EAD and AP cases had a few status updates on both websites.

/Cheers

Gotcha. This is so confusing because I’m not seeing any changes on I-131 and yet to see the Yekaterinburg talking about card being mailed. Hopefully the combo card comes. I’m so dying to work.

The status for AP rarely updates. It will still come as a Combo.

Hi everyone!

First time poster here but longtime follower. I've been thankful to see everyone's encouraging posts and timeline data while waiting for the K1 and AOS. For the sake of everyone still waiting for case updates, I thought I'd share my data as well. PS it does seem like the Lawrence, MA office is unusually efficient, so don't be discouraged if this was faster than the average timeline. I know any amount of waiting feels like forever when it comes to visas!

Hi everyone sorry if this is a silly question but how do I find out my field office? I just want to know so I can get a better idea of wait time. We live in New York and my EAD, AP and AOS receipt numbers all start with 'MSC' which I understand is the Missouri service centre (aka National Benefits Centre) but unfortunately that is not an option I can select when I'm checking the Processing times on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Is my I-485 supposed to be transferred somewhere from Missouri?

Thanks in advance!!

You can use the USCIS processing website to check all applications.

1. EAD/AP are at the NBC. Scroll down to the bottom and check the time for family based applications using the link you showed.

2. I485 will be transferred to your local field office once finished processing at the NBC too. You can only check the processing time for your LFO though, not the NBC portion of it but they include the NBC processing time for the I485 in the estimate of the total processing time of the I485.

So once you know your LFO (by using the link the other member just posted) you can search your I485/LFO processing times. Again you must scroll to the bottom of the search page and find your filing category for an accurate estimate. The blue box up top is just an average of all types combined.

Need your views on RFIE.

How long does it uscis to review RFIE/RFE and make a decision on it?

For I765?

Mine took 13 days from them receiving my RFIE response to approval.

Okay. My RFIE was I-485 and it is now 60 days. No response. So I am worried as to there is no progress on my AOS case

I485 is different than I765.

When did you get your RFIE? How long after I485 submission?

No when did you submit your I485?

Did your RFIE come a very long time after you submitted or did it come shortly after you submitted?

RFIE, not RFE.

They lost my MCs.

You can still get RFIEs for I765 and I131 if you did not submit required documents, or if you submitted the wrong ones or they simply lost your documents....
