Ditto (well my received date for EAD and Advance Parole is Dec 13, AOS is Dec 18) - and I've requested my EAD expedited and still have heard nothing. There is no logic to this madness lol

Nope, none at all. I'm also frustrated to see how randomly they seem to go through the cases, but it's not as though the K-1 process was any different so I don't understand why people are so mad this time. I see so many people on here letting it make them angry and resentful, but I think the best option is to lower our expectations, assume it'll take a long time, and enjoy the spring weather

I totally get it - the only thing I've come to expect is to the expect a non-logical process lol. Even with the expedite, I was like let's be honest - this may or may not even come to fruition. It sucks, and for some even more than others depending on life circumstances, but at least this time around we aren't in limbo waiting to resign from a job, or when to visit our other half. At least we are together and able to start building a life together (even if that means no traveling to exotic places 🤣, or being able to continue careers right away). It is an unfair process, but that is the only take away. So like you said, just be happy to be with your other half at this point and try not to let this stupid process ruin the first year/ honeymoon phase of our marriages! Easier said than done...but what choice to we have

You sure? Her PD isnt Dec 28th so it made no sense that she would randomly blurt that date out....

I just received an update saying that my AP was approved, but nothing about my EAD. I applied for EAD on Dec 5, but didn't apply for AP until Jan 10 because I was traveling for Christmas.  

Not sure of what this means for my EAD...

Its probably will be approved separately. I am Dec 5th also, nothing yet

If you applied separately you wont get a Combo card. You'll get an EAD card and a seperate AP travel document (paper). Likely you'll have to wait for your EAD some more.

Alright guys, this is my first time being and  posting on this group. I have never been here and I have few questions and of it’s something someone has already asked billion of times then please have mercy on me. 

 

1) I applied for my AoS along with EAD and AP and received noa1 on December 18. I had my bio in January and now for AoS it says that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I’m not expecting an interview until October 2020 cuz that’s how the processing time it shows online. Am I correct for thinking that?

 

2) Originally I had sent my package to Chicago lockbox. I have heard two things that AoS is processed at NBC whereas EAD and AP are sent to Nebraska. Is that correct? If it is then am I checking my processing time for EAD and AP thru Nebraska or nbc cuz my case number starts with MSC. If EAD and AP are not sent to Nebraska then are they processed at NBC as well? 

 

3) I’m noticing that uscis processing keeps going backwards. They were processing September 26th a month a half ago and then went back to the beginning of the September and now as of last week after reaching September 20, they went back to September 4. Does anyone know what that means? Why are they going backwards to processing EAD and AP. Just remember that at this point I’m still checking timeline thinking that EAD and AP are at NBC.
