The average is 140-160 right now with a few December filers getting lucky.

They are still a few Septembers without and October is not in full swing yet either.

Congrats!!

did you expedited it?

Thank you! I did not. I was in complete shock because I wasn’t expecting it until late May/early June.

wow..scary indeed. At this point I just hope I'll get mine according to the vj estimate. This process is really killing me and  it's sooo random and unfair really

Wow I’m not one of the lucky one as I’m on day 117 and nothing. They don’t seems to be going in order at this point. I have happy for everyone but can’t help but question what’s going on.

It's not really a question that can be answered. There are thousands of boxes with 1000-4500 EAD applications PER DATE OF APPLICATION. They are told which box to work on and they do it.

We have the same timeline, day 117 also. Dont worry, you are not the only one and i am pretty sure it will be at least a month before we will hear something or more lol.

Interview for AOS for my wife and her kids today with an approval. Officer was as surprised as we were that our petition went through so quickly.

Looking at Igor's list for K-1 and getting a little jealous, looks like it's only 4 months for them between package sent-Noa2 https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl= 😳

It was about 7 months for me

According to VJ though.

VJ also reports that EAD and AP are getting faster while USCIS just increased the processing times from 4.5 to 6.5 months to 5 to 7.

VJs stat pool is still really small.

It has been pretty accurate for me last year when waiting for K-1, I was approved right when I anticipated based on Igor's list. You're right though, the pool is very small

For K1 petitions, active VJ timelines are around 5% of the total and well over 100 per month. Well more than enough to be a representative sample (and there are probably more reasons why VJ users would skew longer than average than shorter; people who don't have problems or don't think they will have problems are probably less likely to post here). For other immigration forms, VJ users are a much smaller percentage of the total, I think.

100 K1 filers per month report on VJ and that is an accurate representation of all K1 filers when there are anywhere from 1000 to 4500 K1 applicants per week day per month?

Ie. on my Noa1 date from last year there were over 3800 K1 filers from Nov 17th alone.
