My husband is playing Assasin's Creed. I have a couple days to spare.😉

Hi, haha that’s hilarious. It’s a good game tho! And thanks much for willing to help. Below are the points I’m struggling with.

—Questions for AoS

  • 10. Alien number
  • 12. SSN (already lived in US before as a student so give the same ssn number I guess?)
  • 19, 20 a & b. 21.
  • 22 a - what visa
  • 24 current immigration status
  • Part 2
  • Part 3
  • Part 5, 10
  • Part 7: 2
  • Part 8
  • Part 13 - what is it?

—Questions for AoS

  • 10. Alien number Your A# is on the K1 NOA2 receipt notice. It's the number above the beneficiary's name.
  • 12. SSN (already lived in US before as a student so give the same ssn number I guess?) Yes. You only ever get one SSN. Input your old number.
  • 19 Turn your passport side ways. IF you have one, it might be located next to a barcode or vertically along the left or right side of every page of your passport.
  • 20 a. The city where you handed in your yellow visa packet.
  • 20 b. The state where you handed in your yellow visa packet.
  • 21. The date that was stamped in your passport for your K1 admission.
  • 22 a - what visa K1 Visa Holder
  • 24 current immigration status K1 Visa Holder (your status has not changed)
  • Part 2 1.a Family based- K1 box

That's as far as I can go without charging you either $50 a question or unless you choose to be specific, put some personal effort and actually type what it is you dont understand....

Quote
  • Part 3
  • Part 5, 10
  • Part 7: 2
  • Part 8
  • Part 13 - what is it?

Well don't wait too long because technically once your visa is expired you don't have a legal status to stay in the USA until you have a pending application for AOS.

And yes you can send your EAD/AP at the same time as you AOS application.
