I'm glad to see my status change, but since my office is Boston, I think the actual interview won't happen before Fall 2019 😂

 

BTW: my status has changed on the old USCIS website. On the new website, it still says received on all three forms.

Were the same office & mine hasn’t updated on new site... can you link me to the old site please?! Im curious now 😁

I hope you get updates ASAP. Especially, since you didn't need the RFIE (I know you sent the all the documents already the first time).  💛

I believe I read this somewhere here, but can no longer find it. 

Assuming I now have to change my W-4 since I was "single." My husband still isn't working, nor does he have his SSN yet. Do I have to change my status on my w-4 to married? or married, but filing separately. He doesn't work and if he does, it probably won't be until some time in June (if lucky!) SO, I highly doubt he will even file anything this year.

Should I just put married? and filing jointly?

Married status on W4.

Married filing jointly usually bears more financial benefits.

Guys, my husband called to make a expedite request for his I-765 application due to a job offer- financial loss yesterday. Today the online website say: your case has been assigned to an officer, we have sent a response and your case has been completed. Does this mean his request has been denied already? since we didn't get an email or even get requested to send any evidence at all.

That is normal, I had the same message on ours, I did receive an email after about 5 hours when I did the call to request expedited I-131.

Just received an email from uscis:

“We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

 

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on December 20, 2018”

 

does that mean they they haven’t touched the case yet although I did biometrics on January 3rd? Case received December 14th, PD December 19th 🙄 kinda hoping it’s completely automated and I’m just not getting updates online for my case

Completely random message. I've seen ppl get that email way after their GC was approved. It doesn't mean anything.

You'll continue to receive this email, possibly every 2 weeks. It did that to me throughout the K-1 visa process. So dont worry too much about it

My husband called yesterday and he was told that an email was sent to him( which he never received). The agent provided a fax number to send the evidence. We will send it tomorrow and wait from there. I will keep you updated.
