That interview date was fast, wow, we did fingerprints on the same day, and nothing yet for interview, but we did get EAD+AP

Nice! That was quick also! Question, how did you find out your EAP+AP was issued? Did you receive it in the mail? or check the status online?

I  think he was referring to mine, mine was expedited.

Yes I was referring to ^^^^^...

No we are not expedited.

...As its understandable that you received your GC in a few months if your LFO is a fast one. EAD/AP processing times do not vary much unless an expedite has been requested

Was the expedite supposed to be requested on the forms? Like, was there an section where you can check 'Expedite'..I don't recall. 😣

No you have to request an expedite for I765 or I131 seperately and have to have a VERY specific reason to request one.

You would call or email to request and then they would request documents of evidence for the need to expedite which you would submit.

Ahhh. Got it! We have our wedding celebration planned back in his country for December 3, 2019. I'm very hopeful he will have his green card way before then, or maybe we should consider doing this expedite step? Any suggestions?

Your wedding would not be a reason for expedition unfortunately.

This is the criteria required by USCIS:

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

Do know that EAD/AP is currently processing at 4 to 6 months. You should have AP by Dec 2019.

I figured but I thought I should ask. Thank you. I did noticed that was the time range, which is why we decided to do it in December since time is not in our hands 😅

Hi guys,so we just got a rfe letter (ugh). They want the IRS for the last year (2017). We have sent it before. My worry is that my husband made enough money to be just right above the requirement (like 2.000$ more). This year (2018),he made much more and we sent paychecks etc.

So I suppose they just want another copy, because they probably lost it, not because it was just enough? Should I add more evidence on his earnings now or just stick to the letter? Probably the second option, I just want to make sure...it makes me so anxious!

Tough to say without seeing the actual RFE....does it say you did not meet the finiancial requirements or just that they need ITRs.....
