They mail you an RFIE or RFE. It will tell you what you need to submit.

Incredibly frustrating as im a very meticulous person & tripled checked everything before we sent out 😕 im assuming they’ve misplaced/lost some of our evidence

I highly doubt you will get the same SSA agent if you go again and if you do, ask for a different one and a supervisor. They all can't be stupid.

I just called today and as expected they still see in their system that my documents are not yet verified 😖 I told them what the save case check says and they said they can't do anything about it and i just have to wait. Is there any other office that i can call for this?

Nope. You would have to go in person, ask to speak to a supervisor and show them the Save CheckCase status. Sounds like your case is like mine...sitting on someone's desk collecting dust.

About SS, I guess I was just lucky because I called about 3 weeks after I went saying I checked my case on SAVE check and it looked it was returned to the agency. The guy on the phone checked and said I was right, but my case was assigned to someone else that was working on the front desk though. So he said he will take the case and send me the letter. After few days I got the letter and I saw today another letter from SS is coming, so I guess it is the card. :) I guess I just got a nice person. But probably without my phone call, my case would still be sitting on someone's desk. So, my suggestion for people in the same situation is to call, if they haven't yet, because sometime it might change things.

Have you received your SS card yet? What did they tell you when you called?

Nope. Every time I call they ask me my last name and then forward me to the agent who is dealing with my case (who i have been told is sitting at her desk as they can see her before they transfer the call). She wont answer her phone so I am forced to leave a message which she never returns.

THis is BS. I’d call and ask to talk to her supervisor(anyone above her) She is being a lazy bum who doesn’t deserve her job. You can always go above her. If you already tried that. Tor best bet is to show up in person. Take Uber if you have to. Someone should take over your case.
