I know some people went earlier or even to another office and got their biometrics done. I guess it can work if there's not too many people in line but it might worth a try if it's not too far or if you are close by!

I think the Bronx is actually the closest and I don't think I could get there sooner. Right now I'm just praying we don't hit traffic.

If they asked you to go there, it is probably the closest one yes, but you can still check if there’s not another application support center (ASC) more accessible depending on where you live ;)

As long as it was done overseas within a year of you filing AOS your medical is still valid. You don't need another one. It was included in the envelope you gave to immigration at the airport.

How does the new law about the I 693 impact the k1 visas?

It doesn't impact the K-1 as I know, still the same for the medical.

It doesnt. A K1 doesnt submit an I693 unless they have not filed their AOS application beyond 365 days from the day they started their medical exam OR unless they did not complete their vaccines before or at their overseas medical exam and does not have a complete DS3025.

Guys, I need some help. Like i posted before, on my NOA USCIS made a typo about me born in US lol. Its says i supposed to call if there any mistakes. I called today but I didnt understand which button I supposed to choose. Is it about case inquiry? Or what kind of problem is that? 😕

There is no mistakes on my official forms, I already checked,  obviosly it wouldnt be accepted if i made a mistake that I am US citizen.
